When referencing a value (example: cell - Standard_Second),
you don’t want your cell references to change
when you drag and fill to populate the other cells.
As example,
this case, will display in seconds when we calculate using minute.
If we want to use the same function in cells D2 through D5,
and don’t want cell references to shift each time when movedown to the next cell.
This means need the cell references to be the same.
Solution:
* After define the range or cell references,
we need to press F4 which will cycle through absolute and relative references.
That includes a $ before Column and Row.
